WIC clinics are located in all 88 Ohio counties. Applicants can call the Help Me Grow Helpline at 1-800-755-GROW (1-800-755-4769) for specific clinic locations or call your county WIC clinic.

You can also apply by printing out a WIC Program Application and mailing it to the WIC clinic in your area. Please note that you must schedule an appointment at the clinic, too.

If you participate in another assistance program you may be automatically income-eligible for WIC.
Breastfeeding mothers are eligible to participate in WIC longer than non-breastfeeding mothers and receive more foods.
More than half of the infants in the U.S. participate in WIC.
WIC participants support the local economy through their purchases.
WIC works with farmers markets to help increase participant access to provide fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables.

Most states allow online applications for EBT Cards through the application for Food Stamps (SNAP Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or cash benefits through Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). After applying for your benefits you will most likely need to come in for an interview at this or another local social service office.
