I called at 8:35am, they said leave a message which I did. They never called back, I called back twice. I was approved for emergency food stamps, I could not send for my card because my birthday was not correct. We have to have workers get back in a timely manner.
Waited the entire 7-10 business days only to have my card not show up. 14 total days including weekend. Now I had to call for a new one and will most likely wait another 7-10 business days for people to do their job. Oh, and I was approved for expedited service because of the severity of my case.
